Mike is a highly experienced and accredited leadership coach and consultant, specializing in the psychology of organizational change and sustainable labor participation.
Mike is a graduate psychologist (MSc) and has successfully completed an international MBA. He has a Diplôme de Troisième Cycle from IAE (Université d'Aix-Marseille) and has extensive management experience, both in change and in operations.
He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (cf CTI), Professional Certified Coach (cf. ICF), NOLOC recognized career professional, has completed the Arbinger Mastery Training for Coaches and is a member of the Arbinger Coaches Network. He also has a 2nd dan (black belt) in karate. In his work he integrates his extensive business knowledge and experience with intuition and principles from martial arts. .
Mike is analytically strong and has a 'can do mindset' when it comes to implementation, change or transitions. It is sometimes said that Mike has a sharp edge in coaching that is not suitable for everyone. His style is provocative, non-judgmental, exploratory and intuitive, with a lot of fun and no-nonsense.
